We didn't look anywhere else, but The Links. I wanted The Links and we came and toured with Amanda and didn't check anywhere else. Truthfully that isn't us! We always "shop around" for any of our major purchases. However, my heart was set on The Links. After meeting Amanda and touring The Links and discussing our package we honestly did not look anywhere else or compare prices. The facility is amazing from the patio, tothe bridge, to the stone fireplace, to the service. Our event was perfect! We have received nothing but positive comments from our guests. The personal attention we received from Amanda during the planning process was very helpful and truly helped make our event perfect. The entire process from planning, tasting and the actual event were perfect! Amanda was fabulous. She made the entire process so stress free, whenever I had questions she always got back to me in a reasonable time. She was always courteous and willing to help. Planning our wedding with The Links At Gettysburg was the most wonderful experience. As you know, a wedding is a dream to many and The Links made it become a reality. From our very first step into The Links we knew it would be the place where we would exchange our life long vows. Our superb coordinator, Suzanne Thompson, was right there to make us feel welcome. She was more than accommodating to our needs in every way. Suzanne worked hard to get us what we wanted and made sure we were pleased with everything. She emailed us daily and made calls when appropriate. She helped entice our excitement each and every time we made a trip to The Links! Suzanne always demonstrated her most professional stature with care, concern, and commitment. She truly is a wedding planning saint! A special thanks to Chef George Keeney. The food was amazing and the portion sizes astonished most of our guests. The hors d’oeuvres were also a big hit the night of the wedding. Many were full by dinner. The food was mouth watering and had an appearance that would please any eye! George was there in more ways than one that evening. He drove my attendants and me, on a very rainy and cold night, over to the Ceremony. The Links At Gettysburg has made our Wedding Ceremony and Reception more than a dream come true. It took us and our guests into a fairy tale where we all became lost in the moment for awhile. From what we’ve heard, “Our wedding is the talk of many who were there!” It was true elegance and romance! And the fireworks…everyone just loved them!
